All products offered are digital, downloadable, and instantly accessible upon successful payment. Once a course is unlocked or content is delivered, the product is considered consumed.

2. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds may not be applicable after course access is granted. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Course videos, lessons, and modules already viewed or accessed.
• Downloaded resources, PDFs, templates, or scripts.
• Bundle purchases once any single course in the bundle has been accessed.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered, at our sole discretion, only in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment — if you were accidentally charged more than once for the same product, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
• Technical failure — if access to the purchased product cannot be granted due to a verifiable issue on our end and cannot be resolved within 7 business days.
